About us
Over 40 years focused on making brushes
YC Brushes is a brush factory in New Taipei City, Taiwan. We make many kinds of brushes and deal with customers directly, from the first technical question through to production.
We serve customers across Taiwan and work closely with customers in China, Europe and the United States. Overseas orders are welcome: send us your drawing, sample or requirements by email in English and we will get back to you. You are also welcome to ask us any brush-related question.
Volume production
We have a range of brush models that are already in volume production. If one of them fits your application, there is no development stage to wait for and we can produce in quantity right away.
Custom brushes
We design and build brushes around your application: size, color, filament material, function and any special requirement. Tell us what the brush has to do and we will work out a design that does it.
Contract tufting
You supply the brush handle or brush block and we do the tufting. We can tuft the filament type and color you specify.
Free quotation
Send us your design idea or a sample. Our team will review the requirements and reply with practical advice and a quotation, whether you want to improve an existing brush or develop a completely new one.

How a custom brush is developed
Review the sample and drawing
Our team studies the sample or drawing you provide to understand the size, material and function required, and goes through the details with you so the design fits the real application.
Confirm with a 3D-printed sample
Once the design is agreed, we make a sample with high-precision 3D printing. You can check the look and function of the brush directly, then adjust and confirm every detail.
Tooling and volume production
After the sample is approved, we make the tooling and start production. A stable process keeps quality consistent from batch to batch, and we deliver on schedule.
